1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Hire Zim AI, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all services provided by Hire Zim AI, including AI automation, marketing strategy, and business consulting services.
2. Services Provided
We offer various services, including but not limited to:
AI automation setup and consulting
Marketing strategy and implementation
Business consulting and optimization
All services are provided on a project, retainer, or one-time fee basis as agreed upon in writing.
3. Communication & Delivery
We primarily communicate and deliver our services through email, Zoom, or Google Meet. It is your responsibility to ensure timely availability for meetings and communication.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are due as outlined in the agreed-upon service contract or invoice.
Some services may be billed as one-time payments.
Others may be billed on a recurring retainer basis.
All payments are non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree to this no-refund policy.
5. Performance & Guarantee
Our commitment is to deliver work aligned with the defined service scope and goals. While we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., revenue growth or client acquisition), we may, at our discretion, continue working with you to achieve mutually agreed-upon results if those targets are not met within a reasonable time frame.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide accurate and complete information for service delivery.
Participate in scheduled meetings.
Implement recommendations in a timely manner.
7. Confidentiality & Data
We do not sell, share, or misuse your personal or business data. Any data shared with us for the purposes of campaign optimization, AI implementation, or consultation is kept confidential and used strictly for internal purposes related to service delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All strategies, processes, tools, or documentation developed by Hire Zim AI remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise specified. Clients may use deliverables for internal business use only and may not resell or redistribute without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hire Zim AI, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in Montgomery County, Texas.
11. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective Date” at the top. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
